A professional learning experience designed like a shared meal with a purpose. In this relaxed setting, administrators gather around food to discuss and practice key leadership behaviors and strategies. The focus of the Lunch and Launch is restorative and celebratory at its core and emphasizes growing the leadership team. Whether the focus is on reducing internal conflict, increasing group self-awareness, restoring relational trust, or your team needs to celebrate, this experience will set the foundation for the upcoming school year! All of this with a seasoned and dedicated principal who wants to supports school leaders in lifting up this very important work in schools!

Dr. McGhee will also curate a four course food experience that provides the structure for the professional learning! Each course is designed to spark meaningful dialog and discussion around the obstacles and growth opportunities impacting the leadership team.

Now is the perfect time to celebrate or recalibrate your leadership team so that everyone is aligned on the mission, vision, values and actions just in time for the new school year.

How it works

Dr. McGhee offers two exciting workshop experiences. If you are a small team (up to 6 people) or a larger team ( 7 - 12 people) your workshop will encompass a facilitation model or a coaching model.
